1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NeonCodex AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of service

NeonCodex AI provides an AI workspace that enables users to interact with large language models including Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and others. Features include code generation, file analysis, browser automation, image-to-code conversion, and a native desktop application.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or malware.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API in ways that circumvent rate limits.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Plans and billing

The Service is offered under a free plan (10 tasks/day) and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Cashfree. All prices are listed at neoncodex.io/plans.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

The NeonCodex AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or redistribute our platform code.

7. AI-generated content

AI responses are generated by third-party model providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before use.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeonCodex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
